The six-day Gelato event, which will be celebrated from July 20 to 25, 2010 in over 100 restaurants, focuses on the high fashion of gelato in restaurants in Italy and around the world and is supported by many prestigious institutions and enterprises, including Alma, the International School of Italian Cuisine directed by Gualtiero Marchesi, and Parma Alimentare, the body that promotes worldwide the food and wine produced in Parma.
