The legendary pasta maker, one of 3 Italians awarded the coveted International Five Star Diamond Award, is showcasing his special brand of hand-made pasta, “Spinosini”, at Favola Italian Restaurant. Spinosi will be joined by expert Guest Chef Paolo Antinori who will create specialties authentic to the Marche region of Italy.
