Born with a gift for preparing authentic Italian cuisine, Chef Sanna started his culinary career in Italy in 1996, going on to work in several five-star hotels including the Ritz-Carlton and Sheraton. Growing up in a country famous for its love of food has equipped Chef Sanna with exciting ideas and a precise work-ethic, blending the two together to push the boundaries of Italian cuisine.

In his new role, Chef Sanna will be in charge of the operation of the culinary team at Via Roma. With 17 years of industry experience, he has acquired extensive knowledge and skills to competently lead the kitchen team and contribute further to the success of the hotel.
